Winemaking notes

Santa Elisa Estate, Chimbarongo. 100% Stainless Steel fermented.

Viticultural notes

100% Pinot Noir from Bio Bio Valley, red clay soils. Hand picked in March.

Tasting notes

Bright and clean, from organically grown grapes. Very intense aromatic, full expression of fresh fruits with notes of cherries, strawberries, cherries and other wild berries. On the palate it is very juicy with strong acidity but great balance.
