Winemaking notes
Vento di Mare Pinot Grigio is the result of a selection of gently pressed Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is kept in the bottle for two months before being put on the market.
Viticultural notes
Soil with relatively deep alluvial deposits, mixture of limestone and sand. Black soils containing a good proportion of organic matter. Organic grapes from sunny Sicily vineyards.
