Winemaking notes

Small batch made with heavily peated barley. Benromach PEAT SMOKE is only ever produced in very small batches, using the finest scottish barley malted with high levels of peat smoke, this release is 57ppm.

Tasting notes

Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, Benromach Peat Smoke Bourbon offers fragrant vanilla notes, which lead to lemon sherbet and apricot, finishing with smoky bonfire embers.
