Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels for 20% of the harvest and 80% in stainless steel vats for for 6 months.

El Centinela Estate, Block number 5, Quebrada Alta. Soils rich in minerals and red clay. Temperate climate, cool nights with misty mornings. Centinela is by far the coolest region of the Casablanca valley (3°C cooler than the rest of the valley). Hand-harvested.

A brilliant Chardonnay with green highlights. Beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of citrus fruit grapefruit, lime, pineapple and white flowers. Attractive concentration concentration on the palate, fresh then well-balanced. Persistent acidity with a hint of minerality and salinity.

Goes well with seafood, fish, white meats, cheeses, pasta, nuts and salads. salads.
