Night harvest, maceration for 8 to 10 days for good extraction. Slow pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. No aging in barrels to keep the purest expression of a Tempranillo aged at altitude.

Tasting notes
Aromas of red fruits, rosemary and a touch of liquorice. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and juicy. Persistent on the palate, the wine is round and dry on the finish.
