Winemaking notes
Located on the slopes of provence’s only volcano. Clayey-limestone-marl soils. 250 – 300 meters altitude
Viticultural notes
A taut, airy wine. Roseblood conjures up the imagination and celebrates Nature through a double echo of the snake, a vibrant symbol of metamorphosis and seduction, and the rose, sweet and wild.
Tasting notes
Beautiful light color with green and golden hues. Lively, ethereal nose with typical rolle aromas such as notes of lemon confit, ginger and a touch of exotic fruit. The palate is generous and balanced by the freshness of high-altitude terroirs. A finish that stretches out thanks to controlled tension revealing noble bitters.
Pairing notes
Ideal as an aperitif, with mediterranean sea bass « en papillote » and fennel, fresh ginger. A perfect match for a fine cheese platter.
