Winemaking notes
Soft crushing and pressing of the grapes, settling of the must and aging in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Due to the different harvest periods of the grape varieties, vinification and aging take place seperately. The final blend takes place at about the end of February only after remaining on fine lees for a long period.
Viticultural notes
Verdicchio: owned vineyards located in Staffolo.
Pecorino: owned vineyards located in Monteprandone.
Passerina: owned vineyards located in Ascoli Piceno.
Hand picked and placed in small cases. Stored at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish hues. Floral nuances of lemon, fruity scents of apple and peach along with hints of cut grass. Sharp freshness confirmed by the floral, fruity and vegetal nuances. Good structure with a lingering finish.
