Winemaking notes
This is an innovative wine made in an unconventional style exclusively from organic grapes produced on the Masi Tupungato estate at Mendoza in Argentina. Its body and exuberance come from the local grape variety, Torrontés, while the Pinot Grigio grapes, lightly dried, give it class and the style of a top Venetian white wine
Viticultural notes
Organically cultivated vineyards located in the famous wine-producing area of Mendoza, in the western part of Argentina which lies at an altitude of 950-1050 metres above-sea-level in the Tupungato valley. The ground is stony, sandy and chalky. Low organic substance and good mineral content throughout.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with green reflections. Nose of flowers and ripe fruit, peaches and dried apricots. Refreshing with good acidity and hints of lemon.
