Continuum

Continuum is a culmination of four generations of the Tim and Marcia Mondavi families in Napa Valley. It is terroir driven, organically farmed from Continuum’s Estate Vineyard, on the eastern ridge of Napa Valley, high above Oakville. Rocky volcanic soils with diverse elevation and exposures yield profound nuance, depth and complexity. The Mondavi family’s focus is one singular great wine that represents this unique site and their storied family.

The Mondavi Family

After the sale of Robert Mondavi Winery, Robert with Tim and Marcia, began a new wine project in 2005. Tim is dedicated to growing a single estate wine at the world’s finest level. To honor his legendary family, the wine would be called Continuum.

The Vineyard

Continuum rises above the fog on the high eastern ridge of Napa Valley. The rocky volcanic soils yield profound depth and complexity. Continuum is terroir driven, organically farmed from well-draining soils, ideal for Cabernet family varietals.

Tim Mondavi winemaking focus is to compose wines that are vibrant, expressive and balanced. His goal is to retain the richness, while prioritizing the freshness, elegance and nuance that all great wines possess.
