Winemaking notes
The vinification process occurs in oak, with ageing for 10 months in oak barriques and a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
Viticultural notes
Located at an altitude of 370 meters above sea level, with a mixed soil structure, the vineyard yields 8 tonnes of grapes per hectare from 5000 plants per hectare, utilizing the Guyot pruning technique.
Tasting notes
Aria di Casa presents a complex bouquet of wildflowers, balanced by a toasted nutty note given by the aging in wood and a marked minerality and freshness.
