Cured meat aromas lead to baked apple and stewed raisins. Festive spices develop alongside brown sugar and soft lemon peel. Smooth and smoky; black pepper gives way to mixed nuts and cocoa powder. Subtle citrus notes combine with toasted almonds and red berries. A long and ashy finish with lingering bonfire embers.
