Winemaking notes

Passion for single malt Scotch whisky has been at the heart of our family business for four generations. This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries’ own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength — exceptional one-offs.

Tasting notes

Sherry aromas give way to medjool dates and red apple. Festive spices come to the fore alongside seville orange zest and sweet smoke. Stewed red berries combine with fresh ginger spice and subtle aniseed. Toasted almond undertones develop alongside mint.
